I love mine. Trust and believe I have 8 this one include. They last for a long time and when losing weight you see they will drop lower. They give you that confidence to show off your tummy

I’ve been loving my Waist beads ever since I got them, they motivate me to work out and to get in shape and at night I love seeing the glow!!!
